The apartment is newly built (2020) and finely furnished. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the necessary for cooking. Dishwasher available with 4 pads. Cherry on the cake the coffee machine... absolutely top! Bedrooms have comfortable beds and bathrooms are big. There is also a washing/drying machine with 2 washing pads. The living room is spacious and bright with a nice terrace facing the mountains. Parking onsite, sauna available on charge, free gym. Bakery next to the main building. The location is excellent, few steps from Garmisch train station and the Zugspitze Bahn. If you are going snowboarding this is just the perfect place to stay. The city centre is reachable in few min on foot and so is the nearest supermarket. The staff of moun10 is friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Marie who nicely welcomed us on the first day and replied to all our questions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nice, family run hotel. Clean, cosy rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds. Good basic breakfast, lovely soft rolls. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the ski lifts. Just what we wanted!
