We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. Nice appartment, has almost everything you need. The location is great - you can see mountains from your window, 7min by car to skying resorts in Zell am See or Kaprun. The host is easy to communicate and helful. Good and comfortable for family, recommended, good value for money.

Excellent staff, who kindly upgraded our accommodation. We felt really pampered and cared for! It's a new building, and very modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely. The swimming pool, gym and spa area are beautiful. Perfect if you want to exercise or relax. Nice area, close to some hike start points and only a 30min walk to the centre of Zell Am See. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The apartment was absolutely perfect! It was huge and super comfortable, with two bedrooms and a separate bathroom, so there was plenty of space for five people to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and all the coffee and tea making facilities you could possibly need. Everything is so nice, new and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything, I can't speak highly enough of them. The pool and sauna were absolutely amazing after a long trip! Breakfast was an amazing buffet, with something for everyone!
