All the people who work there are amazing, with great heart and I felt like at home overthere with my family. The food was so delicious, they were able to meet all my dietary requirements. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to have magical and warm experience. And it’s not just another hotel or accommodation, this place is a home nest. Thank you so much 🙏

I wasn't ready for vegan oriented food. But I liked it ! Deliciously cooked and beautifully served . Restaurants are very good and perfect staff ! Nomadic Guides ! Unforgettable service ! Oscar and Esteban were amazing Guys !

My best friends and I stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday, and everything was exceptional. From the lobby staff to housekeeping, bartenders to pool servers - it ALL made for one of the best vacations I've ever been on. The property, views, and amenities were unreal. I've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this was hands-down my favorite. Special thanks to Tannya (Bonita!) and Oliver at the pool for making our stay EXTRA perfect!

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!
