We were celebrating the birthday of one of us and the staff made sure we had a proper celebration - including free cake and champagne. I would definitely stay again!

Thank you Nadia and Olga from all my heart! A million stars to these two ladies who are fantastic!!!! Also a million stars to the cleaning staff. Everything was perfectly clean. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Very much enjoyed my stay at Kokkinos.

Het 5-sterrenresort Bella Napa Bay Hotel ligt op slechts 300 meter van het strand van Ayia Napa en 1 km van het centrum van Ayia Napa. Wonderful and friendly service, very clean facilities in excellent shape, high quality, abundant and delicious breakfast as well as plentiful and tasty lunch options in the lunch restaurant by the pool. We had only bed & breakfast, not half or full board, but really enjoyed all the options for lunch to buy in the restaurant. Kudos for the service, we forgot one item in the room when we left but the hotel mailed it to us without a cost. Thank you!

Amazing place! We loved everything - brand new common spaces, nicely decorated big rooms, fantastic breakfast and breath-taking view from the balcony to the seaside. The hotel is on the beachfront - one step and we were at the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful! We wanted to stay more but they didn't have availability. The beach was big and very nice and clean.
