Great facility's variety of foods options ie main restaurant,snacks restaurants and Ala Cart restaurants.staff were polite and helpful and English speaking. Excellent activities and night shoes.location was great. Special thanks for Luella from housekeeping staff for her outstanding performance she managed to accommodate All our requests.

Comfy, cozy with friendly staff. The interiors and furniture are a bit dated, but well-maintained and clean. Decent food. Overall great value for the price!

Too much to list but here goes Warm and friendly welcome at gate (came by car) Welcome and caddy ride for luggage and help for elderly father from carpark to lobby. Warm and friendly welcome at lobby, staff processed our check-in while we were enjoying a welcome drink. Caddy drive to lodgings (villa) so elderly father did not have to walk far. Clean and airy lodging with plenty of daylight overlooking gardens Beautifully kept gardens en greenery, delicious food in restaurants and beach bar, beach is cleaned daily, plenty of sunbeds. Friendly staff all over, greeting with a big smile and always helpfull. Lots of possibilities for sports, leisure and exploring. Easy access for daily programs via the TUI BLUE app so you'll have a good overview of all possibilities. And so much more...

Food was great but cafeteria style was rather 'busy'

Everything about this resort was great: lovely sandy beach with clean water, tasty food, friendly staff and beautiful grounds. We stayed in a family bungalow and it was very spacious and comfortable for our group of three adults and one toddler. The rooms were cleaned daily and the hygiene throughout the place was impeccable. There were enough umbrellas and loungers on the beach and it never felt crowded. The Turkish specialty restaurant was nice but honestly the evening buffet was even better. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed and there were many great things for children, like the playground and the mini zoo. Another advantage is that the resort is only a 20 minute ride away from the airport. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful resort and would definitely come back.

Very comfortable and friendly i felt at home

I really liked the hotel. Delicious varied food, alcohol of any kind, which is not sparingly added to cocktails. The bartenders are excellent, they can make cocktails that are not even on the list. We visited several restaurants. I liked all of them, the food was delicious. Food is always and everywhere. If you missed breakfast, you are sure to find something at the snack bar. A rich animation program, a large number of activities and high-level evening shows. Telling the truth, some guys from the animation team are very arrogant and did not even greet the guests. It seemed that the main goal was to have an affair with young single girls. It struck and looked unprofessional. I was very pleasantly surprised that tennis is for free, you don’t even have to pay for equipment rental. In general, the impression was that the hotel focuses on sports activities. The gym is small but machines are good. However carpets were all already old and dirty. Beach is clean, but keep in mind that for sunbeds on the pantone you should pay. Rooms are clean and cleaning was regular. We bought an excursion to the waterfall from the Anex agent at the hotel. We were delighted. In general, I liked the hotel, but please note that there are a lot of Russians in the hotel, who spoil the atmosphere.
