We had an amazing stay at Kiani Beach Resort in Crete! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We were very happy at this location. Very kind staff, perfect and varied food, daily cleaning, shows organized every evening, that's all you need for your vacation. We rented a car from the hotel to visit the island and we recommend it. They also provided us with transportation to and from the airport. We hope to return next year accompanied by friends. I recently stayed at the Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming,made you feel like home. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. There is a pool area that you can relax and drink your coctail. In general the hotel's atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvanating but most of all , the staff were very helpful and gave me info about Rethymno city. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends

The Rethymno Village is just 100 metres from the fine sand and blue sea of Platania’s beach. It offers a Greek restaurant and a fresh-water pool with pool-side snack bar.

Very good location, right next to the beach. Close to the old city center. Hotel with 2 outdoor and 1 indoor swimming pools. Large room, with a balcony and a sea view. Comfortable, large bed. Very clean. Comfortable bathroom. A bottle of wine and a capsule coffee machine in the room were a nice addition. Very good breakfast. Very good and polite service. If I can, I will also choose this hotel next time.

This was our second stay at Kalypso and we find everything great value for money. As we're do not spend alot of time at the resort other than sleeping and breakfast it is perfect for needs. The rooms are large with fantastic sea views and breakfast had a nice variety. I find the ladies on reception to be lovely and willing to help with any requests.
