Friendly welcome on arrival. Rooms were bright and fresh and were cleaned daily. The location of the hotel was fantastic - right on the beautiful beach. There were some nice restaurants within an easy walk (popis garden and kanaloa beach bar were exceptional). The staff were helpful with booking taxis and allowing us to arrive early and depart late with full use of the facilities. We booked a last minute break with no real expectations and were very pleasantly surprised how nice everything was, given some of the shocking reviews. The food was healthy and fresh - huge choice of salads etc - breakfast was a bit limited but the kids loved the freshly made pancakes.

We loved to stayed on site for every activity we have, so this hotel had everything we wanted and we could unwind and savour our favourite drinks, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere and socialized with our friends. The room was really nice well the one we had very big with separate doors for the kids we really like it. I just wish they had a bit of pride to clean it properly The fridge was filed up nicely all the time.

Loved the helpful staff, Zoe is a gem willing to help no matter what 🤗 The restaurants have exceptional food quality. The staff at the beach bar are amazing and so willing to serve you. Everything was clean and lovely.
