Isle of Man£345.00 all inclusive for 2 people for 3 nights was great value for money plus good entertainment. All the staff was amazing friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to the lady called Sam on the desk, my partner and I was very impressed by how helpful polite friendly, excellent customer service, a true professional at her job. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was always smiling. She is a credit to the hotel.
