This was the best all inclusive hotel we have been to. Our holiday started of perfectly with a welcome drink at the reception. The food was delicious every time. Each dinner was a different theme. The alcoholic beverages were not watered down like in other all inclusives and being adult only hotel we actually enjoyed a lot of peace during the day which is really important. We had entertaining activities every day and the animators Ali and Kassi where really good. There was also a concert almost every night. Daily housekeeping of the room was a nice touch - fresh towels and toiletries every day. The hotel is located 5 min away from the amazing beach. We can't wait to come back.

Ana at the front desk is extremely kind, professional and helpful.We came from a bad experience in an other hotel but here we felt at ease right away and found all comforts:the air condition in the room Is the best we had in 20 days on the Island,and i am half american(we have a thing for good a.c.)the room is spotless,the employees are really nice and the food tastes genuinely good... my italian background says It all.I strongly recommend It!

Very friendly and professional staff. Memorising names and needs. Food was very good and I am foody who has high expectations. Food themes were changing every evening. Sea food was served very often and in good quality (shrimps, mussales, fish, langost). Fruits and cheese selection was very big and good (mango, papaya, melon etc). Cocktails are also good. Not cheap random alcohols.

Mallorca Palace is located just 250 metres from Sa Coma Beach, on Mallorca’s east coast. It offers a spa, a fitness centre and indoor and outdoor pools.

Excellent location with superior facilities (spa, gym, restaurant). Room was modern, clean and the perfect size. Breakfast was the best I have had in Mallorca, and dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Excellent value generally. Personnel very pleasant and helpful.

Everything about Cap Vermell was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was smooth, welcoming, and personal. The staff are attentive, genuinely kind, and always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Reception staff was super helpful and went the extra mile and beyond. Food was great, both quality-wise and selection-wise. Great location, right in front of the sunrise. Ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy a calmer environment than in other busier areas of Mallorca. View from the room was fantastic. Hotel was very clean. Would absolutely recommend 👌
