I had an absolutely excellent stay at the W once again! The experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch, and the amenities were perfect. Special thanks to Andrew for assisting with checking in & out - top guy! The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and immaculately clean, providing the ideal space to relax. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the amazing atmosphere. My experience at this hotel was awesome. The room was clean and neat. All amenities that you would expect in a 5 star hotel were available. Gym, pool, room service… The breakfast and dinner were beyond bountiful and i couldn’t decide what to pick. The staff were welcoming and well behaved. Qumar who is is a housekeeping supervisor was very professional and I won’t forget his quality of service.

Fantastic Staff throughout the Resort - very pleasant, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Qe were made feel very welcome. We enjoyed the various restaurants throughout the resort - plenty of choice to suit all tastebuds. Excellent breakfast every morning. Would highly recommend JA Resort for a very relaxing holiday.
