A wonderful location with incredible views of the valley. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and peaceful, with antelopes strolling peacefully. It is part of a larger, fenced-in area where you can walk and admire the views. The staff deserves special mention, as they always have time for a warm smile and a kind word. I haven't been to a place in a long time where every meal was so delicious and refined, from breakfast through the à la carte dinner, to the atmospheric Braai. The icing on the cake was the safari organized by the hotel, which also met our expectations.

Located in White River, 17 miles from Mbombela Stadium, Thokozani Lodge has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Well managed, clean, quiet, bright room, good wifi, lovely swimming pool, nice garden. Also immune to "load-shedding" (due to batteries). Originally I came to spend just a night before going to Kruger, but returned afterwards just to hang out a few days more.
