There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel.
There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. The hotel service was really bad. It was 25 degrees outside and cold in the hotel on one side of the room by the window. The heater was barely heating to my satisfaction and all I had was a thin cover. I asked the attendant at the desk for a blanket, and he looked at me as if I was from another planet. He suggested that I turn the temperature to the ideal setting of 78 degrees. The heater worked for a while and then it wasn't as effective later in the morning. I would suggest better service and a blanket at least.

Everything about this stay was perfect for me. Very clean & fresh, comfortable room and the location was ideal. Easy walk to the park, bar & lounges as well as restaurants and grab & go stores. Definitely would recommend & for sure would use this location for my next stay.

The hotel is in a great location, the lobby bar is popular and has a nice atmosphere. The room while small as it is New York is actually larger than others we have stayed at, the room is really well designed and feels spacious, great view down to the Liberty tower. Bed is a great size and super comfortable. The food in the lobby is also good and tasty and not a bad price. Location is really central, easy to get to from JFK and on the 1 line so easy to go from south to north in the city.
