Luggage trolleys were conveniently stacked next to the lobby, which I used to roll our 3 massive suitcases all the way from the hotel room to the check-in desk at the airport without any significant effort..

There is a lot to like about this hotel. The shuttle driver was at the airport when arrived, which was nice as didn’t have to wait for a ride. At the hotel, Daniela greeted me when I arrived. She was very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for the night and the next morning. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had options to suite everyone’s taste. Andrei checked me out of the hotel and spoke to me in my native language (French). It was unexpected, but appreciated and very charming. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the airport with lots of time to spare. Also, the fact the hotel was so close to the airport was reassuring, as the roads in Sofia get jammed during peak hour, and you can be stuck there for quite some time.

Great Property ,equipped with everything you need, beautiful furniture and doors, very clean and well thought in general. Even though I didn't have much time to enjoy all the goodies there, since I came late at 9 PM and left at 4 AM, I enjoyed those few hours very much! The hostesses were super helpful and their hospitality was great!

Everything was exactly as shown on the pics. Even though I was surprised when I saw it in person. Great feeling of coziness and home. Location was perfect, just across the airport and short distance from Baneasa shopping city. Definitely will book again
