Trailer home with stunning view ligt in Brighton, op 22 km van Taieri Gorge Railway, 22 km van Toitu Otago Settlers Museum, en 24 km van Otago Museum. We definitely wished we had booked more than one night here! The host was wonderful, and his adorable dog, Kuri, made our stay even better. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin had everything we needed – and most importantly, it had character. If you manage to find the entrance on your first try, you might just be Sherlock Holmes ;) Overall, a fantastic stay – not a luxury hotel, but a place with real soul. There’s WiFi, a shower, a kettle, and everything you need for a cozy getaway.

Southern Lights Retreat is gelegen in Brighton en biedt gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de zee. Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. Vriendelijke ontvangst en zeer goede service. Zelfs badlakens waren beschikbaar om te gebruiken.Perfecte ligging aan prachtig strand (weg oversteken en stukje duin door).

The setting was great, views and the house were lovely. It has a very personal feel as if the professor is still there. There is every facility you could want.

Her warmth and hospitality truly set her apart. The house she rents out is ideally situated just a short distance from the beach. A leisurely stroll to the shore takes merely about 10 to 15 minutes, and from the comfort of the house, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the beach and the gently rolling ocean waves stretching out into the distance. The house itself is a gem. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Every corner is spotlessly clean and neatly arranged, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. In the backyard, there's a charming farm where various animals roam freely. Lambs, in particular, add a touch of pastoral charm as they frolic around. The landlady goes the extra mile by providing complementary food, allowing you to engage in the delightful activity of feeding these adorable creatures. For added convenience, washing machines and fryers are available for shared use with the family. What's more, the thoughtful design and layout of the house are extremely child-friendly, with an abundance of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. During my two-night stay, the landlady was an absolute delight. Her kindness and hospitality made me feel right at home, and she generously shared many interesting stories and local insights with me. Looking back, I feel a deep sense of pride and contentment for having had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful place. It's truly an experience I will cherish for a long time.
