Ideally located inside Narita Airport’s Terminal 2, 9h nine hours Narita Airport offers modern capsule rooms with a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi at public areas. The location inside the airport is very convenient for those who depart early in the morning. The electrical plugs inside the capsules are not really working well, but otherwise everything is comfortable and very clean.

I loved how close and easy it was to get to from the airport. I loved that there was a shuttle to help us get to and from the airport as well. And I especially loved that there was a convenience store right when you walk in and that they offered so many free amenities to help our stay a lot better. I would definitely book again.

With an indoor pool, sauna and 17th-floor restaurants, ANA Crowne Plaza is a 10-minute ride from Narita Airport on the free shuttle. Spacious rooms with a flat-screen TV are available. The shuttle from the thermal and back arrived exactly on time. Beautiful view from the room window, big choice of delicious tea in the room. Several our luggage items been sent from another hotel was delayed, but the hotel staff fixed everything within 40 minutes. "Family Mart" grocery located in the lobby and has more choice of products than city branches.

Staff was very helpful and even tho they didnt speak english, they used a translating app which allowed them to easily communicate with me. The lady at the front desk even drew me a map, so i could find my way back to the airport. Seriously, very helpful personnel.
