Sector 4 of Kleopatra Beach is 10 minutes walking, it’s a great beach sector but you have to pay for sunbeds. The beach sector of the hotel is further, in this sector the sunbeds are free of charge. They have a shuttle bus that runs in dedicated schedule, it’s very convenient and it takes 4 minutes from beach to the hotel. 6. Common areas as well as rooms are very nicely decorated and clean.

We had our time at theme park as well as hotel guests.

However, the following additional gala fees will apply for the third and fourth guests: Having a wonderful holiday with my wife and 21 year old daughter. Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort.
