Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama is the official hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, located on the eastern side of Tokyo Bay, just 20 minutes by train from Tokyo Station.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from JR Maihama Station and operates a free shuttle. Love the breakfast and the hotel’s design is so great. And the view by the sea was lovely and the room was very clean too and location was great.

Tokyo Disney Resort can be accessed by a free 15-minute shuttle-bus ride from the hotel. The location was very good, next to the train station, with frequent trains going to the centre of Tokyo. Also close to the great food mall ( inside the shopping centre ). The whole area was very quiet and full of local people. The hotel room was big enough for three people, great views, clean and modern. There is an airport limousine bus stop at the Shin Urayasu station.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub. The air-conditioned unit at the property features a bidet and a dressing room. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Loved the location and the proximity to disney. Bus is easy and there is multiple combini near by

The location is remote but easily reachable, the tent was clean and comfy complete with all the amenities you can think of and more. For us the main highlight was the staff. They went above and beyond for us. They can speak English and supported us from arrival to departure. They provided fireworks and marshmallows for the campfire and even drove us to the closest supermarket to help with our grocery shopping. They didn't have to, but they did. So absolutely 10/10, would recommend.

The kitchen appliances were complete and beautiful. The entire house was nicely designed. Very open concept layout and spacious. The balcony was outstanding for breakfast on a sunny day. Check in was smooth and parking was spacious.
