Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. We loved everything about Petteo. Accomodation included a spatious room with a view to the sea, quiet and modern with all the amenities included. Our room was cleaned everyday. Our excellent hosts organized a pickup from the port and provided space for our luggage before and after our stay. Location was great, just 10min walking distance to the center of Livadi (small up/downhill) and 5 minutes to the beach (we used a motorbike for our commuting needs). Overall an excellent stay, highly recommended!

The property has inner courtyard views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. First of all the host- Mr. Kyryakos - he did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Picked us from the ferry, allowed us to keep the room beyond the usual check-out time (11:00) because our ferry was later that day, and took us to the port when we left. In the morning he provided us with some freshly-baked Greek pastries that were very much appreciated. The room was clean, hot water was running and the place was quiet - a 10 minute walk from the port/ bus stop to the Chora and 4 minutes to the beach.

Best of all, the door opened straight onto the beach — waking up with the sea right there was magical. Our host, Katerina, was wonderful: super welcoming, always ready to help, and even sent us a really useful guide with food, places to visit, and important contacts. The sweetest touch? Every morning she surprised us with homemade treats like salty muffins or chocolate muffins — a small gesture that made a big difference. If you want peace, comfort, and true island hospitality right on the beach, Kyma Studios is the place!

Just 80 metres from Livadakia Beach, the Cycladic-style Serifos Palace features self-catered accommodation and a seafront restaurant. Free transfer from Livadi Port and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Great value for money. The property is at a very convenient location close to the harbour, restaurants and bus stop to Chora. Very clean as well , our bedsheets and towels were changed every few days. 5 min walk to the local beach and beach bar. The host - Kiriakos , was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us at checkout with our suitcases.
