The property is exceptionally beautiful and clean ! Well kept and everything I needed was available! Will definitely return there if I can . The staff are the best ! We are retired and have travelled the world extensively. We know when a hotel is not up to expectations (and have walked out of a couple after just a few hours). This place was exceptional. I just reread the past comments - accept what all the good ones say at face value because they reflect our experience there. Irini was exceptional on the front desk and Elizabeth, who cleaned our room every day, was exceptional! When I read each negative review I wondered if they are referring to a different hotel. If those people were expecting a $500 a night experience they should have stayed in a $500 a night hotel - there are lots to choose from on the island. Having a rental car I found there was always a parking space to return to without having the negotiate the narrow streets of the inner town. My wife’s main criteria is a comfortable bed and a clean room and environment. Mohitero got 5/5 on both. We really enjoyed the gardens and the birds and the peace and quiet. We would have no hesitation returning. It was a nice place to come “home” to after a busy day. The pictures on Booking reflect what was saw while there.

Tasos, the host is a whole vibe! :) He was great, helpful, welcoming and always available. The room is nice and clean. The location is perfect!! It's hard to get a similar place, at that price, with the pool, a beautiful view and 5 min walking distance from downtown Mykonos. Highly recommended!!

Some may be discouraged by the distance to the city but let me explain to you that staying at Anais gives you a slice of authentic local Mykonos life with quite possibly the nicest, kindest, friendliest and most helpful couple managing this hotel. It is a walkable distance to the hotel and is close to the southern beaches as well, so its a mix of eveything. Ms Marietta and her husband, thank you so much for making this trip unbelievably amazing. Your recommendations, kindness and laughter made this an unforgettable experience. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are spacious and modern. No issues with water heat and wifi was great throughout stay. The housekeeping was swift and tidy in their work. For people with a smaller budget looking for the authentic Mykonos experience and hospitality do make your way to Anais hotel.
