He was always there to make sure we were comfortable and at ease. We were also very well taken care of by Mahmoud at the beach - always with a great smile - and the entire restaurant staff, especially Sameh at the beach restaurant, where we had lunch daily. Pickalbatros The Palace Port Ghalib Resort provides rooms and suites fitted with modern furnishings and tastefully decorated in the local décor. All units have a balcony which overlooks the Red Sea, the pool, gardens, or Port Ghalib International Marina. Everything was good, the people working were nice and the pools and food was great. The safari was really worth it. The best activity out of everything.

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Portofino exceeded our expectations since we entered the property. The resort is very nice, large and very well maintained. Everything is clean, and the staff is very friendly and caring. As soon as we arrived, Mostafa helped us through our stay and made sure we were not missing anything and all was perfect. It sincerely was. He did a great job in making sure our stay was fantastic. I have a been in various resort around the Mediterranean, and this is definitely the best one. The pool (where some are heated) are very fun and well adapted for the kids. Ours are 3 and 6 and they enjoyed it a lot. The food in the various restaurants is well above what you could expect in "all in" resorts. They make sure is it varied everyday and you can find everything you need. You have different choice of where to go for lunch or dinner, depending if you are in the aqua park or near the beach. There are bicycle everywhere in the resort you can use to move from one place to another, this is very convenient as the resort is very wide.

This Resort is everything you could have asked for. The beach and pools were amazing. So many food options and the rooms were beautiful.

Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

A recently renovated guest house, La Casa Guest House offers accommodation in Marsa Alam City. This beachfront property offers access to darts, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The La Casa team really made us feel at home and met all of our needs. Karim is a great host and prepares a DELICIOUS breakfast! The manager is very responsive and helped us organize day trips and transfers even last minute. The rooms were huge and very clean. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of Marsa Alam (15 Min walk from the center). Nothing or no one around but we felt safe. Marsa Alam is a bit of a ghost town in general so don't expect much going on - a good chance to disconnect :)
