Hostal América is located 400m away from the bus station and 200m away from the Bernardo O’higgins square. Near the hostel, you can find shopping centers travel agents, handicraft stores, restaurants, etc. Very nice hostel! Very good price quality ratio. The staff was very kind. We were there to do the w-trek in national park torres del paine. Because we had to take the bus before the official breakfast time, we could have our breakfast earlier. In addition it was possible to leave our normal suitcase there. They where quit big (23 kg), but that was not a problem at all.

The breakfast was good and a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic - easy to walk to everything in town and a short drive to the bus terminal. They were able to hold our luggage while we went hiking in the Torres del Paine National Park (we booked several nights here before and after our trek). Highly recommend, and would happily go back!

El Sendero is a 2-hour drive from the scenic Torres del Paine National Park and 30 km from Cueva del Milodon Cave. El Sendero is a very comfortable and welcoming place. We stayed there for two nights and loved it. Rosa greeted us when we arrived, and then Juan joined us later. We had a great chat with both of them. They were so kind and took amazing care of us. One thing we really liked was being able to cook our own breakfast. They provide plenty of food for it, which made it super convenient. The place has a cozy, home-like feeling. Juan has traveled all over the world and makes you feel at home right away. He also has a great sense of humor! For Christmas, he gave us a bottle of champagne as a gift-how sweet is that? The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Another great thing is that you can leave any items you don’t need for your trip to Patagonia (we were away for 5 days at W trek) at El Sendero. This was really helpful for us! We highly recommend staying at El Sendero. It’s a warm, friendly place that gives you great vibes and wonderful memories!

She prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we went to see the penguins along with preparing a delicious hot breakfast for us on the other days of our trip. The beds were comfy and overall the hostal was very clean. The location is good and close to the center of town. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Pedro, Daniel, and Gustavo were super welcoming, and treated me more like a family than a guest. They were very helpful with giving me tips and ideas on what to do in the area especially during the off season. The facility is also clean and cozy. The kitchen has great amenities for cooking while also having a great view from the window! Would highly recommend staying here!

The property features inner courtyard views and is 1.8 km from Municipal Museum of History and 1.7 km from Puerto Natales Main Square. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Couldn’t have been happier staying here to relax after hiking in Torres del Paine. The staff were lovely and so helpful, the place is spotless, the bed was super comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Also much quieter than other hostels at night. Highly recommend!

Aldea del Sur Hostel by Indomito Sur is located in Punta Arenas. It is situated 2.6 km from Punta Arenas Beach and features a shared kitchen. The property offers bike hire and features a garden and picnic area. This is by far the best hostel I ever stayed in, worldwide. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The dorm beds are extremely comfortable. You get a towel, earplugs and a candy. Showers are excellent. At some night the host invited everyone spontaneously for a pizza and beer night. Best vibe ever
