I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful experience at your place. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the air conditioners were of the highest quality, contrary to some of the reviews. The facilities were enjoyable and well-maintained, as I visited the pool and the gym, and everything was at a high level. I believe it's important for guests to understand the policy of the place, and I noticed that the room cleaning service takes place after two days of stay, which is something everyone should be aware of. Thank you again for everything, and I wish you continued success.

We had a massive room that was clean, air conditioned and facing the ocean. It is as close to the beach as you can get at Surin Bay and they provide beach towels. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Included breakfast was amazing. A perfect place to stay in Surin Bay.
