Last year this was our first Maldives experience and this year we have decided to return. For us Movenpick checks to many things we are looking for: pure white sand under the villas, great overwater villas with huge terraces, exceptional food offering (if you are into the quality food, this place is must visit, as Akram (chef) did great job adjusting the menu and making Latitude restaurant great lunch and dining experience), drinks offering from well know and qualitative spirits to 70 wines included in all inclusive package. Special thanks to the staff of the resort - Mirzo (our butler, who did great job getting us everything we wanted and making our 2nd stay even better), Asad (this man deserves a medal, for providing great lunch and dining experience as a waiter, being polite, intelligent, proactive and talkative), Tendai (sommelier who made this stay extremely interesting personally for me, not only I tried dozen of wines discussing the tasting with him, but also I was able to experience my first sabrage and do it by myself). Honourable mentions - Salim (we met him only on the last day, but it was great having chat with him regarding the resort and plans).

Everything was really amazing. The island is green with a lot of plants and trees, The beach and the water are also very clean. Room service twice a day, excelent food with a lot of variety. And the employees are amazing, trying to help you anytime, anywhere just for the travelers to be happy.

Everything, the resort, island and staff are exceptional. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make your stay a very special experience. We had a water villa which was simply beautiful, we loved every aspect of our stay, the water villa, the food, the pure white sands and crystal blue waters. Awesome food (even as a vegetarian) with such large variety, stunning serene beaches and extremely friendly staff. The resort is quite large and has many villas but it never felt overly busy. Guided snorkeling or a sunset cruise was included, which was a nice touch

It was our first trip to Maldives, we stayed there 8 nights, we really liked absolutely everything, we did snorkeling two times per day every day! It was absolutely amazing! This island has the best reef I have ever seen. The hotel is clean, the staff is caring and friendly. The level of service is very high and thought out to the smallest detail. An umbrella and a sun lounger will be placed where you want (I highly recommend the local beach, where you can meet many rays, sharks, napoleons and turtles). Very good selection of fruits served with the meal. The Domestic transfer is well organized (but keep in mind that the full price is not 130, but 245 dollars - add 50 dollars for a boat from the airport to the island and 26% taxes and 10% service fee). I spent 18 days here and was very happy with the holiday.

We spent a wonderful vacation in Fodhdoo, which is a magnificent place. The accommodation was very clean, at 1 minute to/ from the beach, providing a kitchen that was perfect for us, especially in the days when ferry didn't come with bread, vegetable or fruits. There is a beautiful family who takes care of all you need. Also the administrator of the property, Eusoph, is a very friendly and helpful person.
