The property was just stunning, surrounded by Tuscan countryside scenery with a gorgeous building kept so well. Our apartment was huge and had aircon. The swimming pool was very big and was perfect for cooling down in the hot sun. Buffet breakfast and lovely outside dining (or inside if you prefer) for dinner watching the sunset over the hills. We ate at the villa two nights and it was very nice. Not a big selection to choose from but anything we got was good. Staff were very nice but found it hard to understand us due to language barrier. Overall, Villa Nottola was just beautiful and it really made our trip to Tuscany. Would advise to stay for minimum 3 nights and make the most of it.

The apartment is just amazing! Perfect location in the centre of Montepulciano. The room was modern, quiet, very comfortable and clean. All technologies worked perfectly. In addition, the landlord is super helpful and gave us great recommendations. We also appreciated self check in since we were not sure about the time of our arrival. A free parking is around 400m far from the apartment. Many super tasty restaurants are around. Thank you for everything!

It is a magnificent place for a family holiday. The house is located in a beautiful place between fields of olives and grapes. Beautiful view to nature. The garden is full of places for private seating to people and also a nice area for kids. The pool is opened long to swim. The greatest part is the owner , who does everything that your stay with them would leave you longing to stay longer. A place to go back any time.

Beautiful scenery and upscale accommodations. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a fantastic shower. The continental style breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, pastries, cheeses and meats.

View from our terrace was picture perfect (even if the weather wasn’t) also from communal outdoor areas. Lovely pool. Host Raffaele very kind and keen to ensure a good stay. Accommodation is quite simple and traditional but very comfortable.
