Nicely decorated old house (we were staying in the main building) with well-functioning everything (friendly and welcoming staff, decent décor, nice toiletries, well-stocked coffee station in the room, WIFI, clean but a little bit too dark rooms with a few nice historic features).
We had a snack in the restaurant in the evening, and we did have breakfast - both went well, I would perhaps consider adding local cheese for breakfast (would definitely make hotel standout compared to the competitors).

we did a 2 weeks round trip in Iceland. from all accommodations, Helluland Guesthouse was the friendliest, cosiest, we felt welcomed and taken care of. thank you!

The guesthouse is very modern and well decorated. The room is spacious. The bathroom and the shower is roomy. The common dining area is large with plenty of tables and sitting area. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. One of the best accommodations we had in Iceland.
