Great stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was super clean and modern. Communication before check-in was really easy, and I loved that they arranged a gluten-free breakfast for me because of my intolerance. Really appreciated that as well as staff friendliness

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. There wasn't a buffet breakfast, but the staff asked at the entrance if there were any dietary requirements (diabetic, vegetarian, etc.) and adjusted the breakfast accordingly. Furthermore, breakfast included fresh orange juice, yogurt with chocolate chips and oatmeal, and, depending on the day, a sandwich, croissant, or something else. The food was delicious, and the hotel also offers a gym and a very cozy place to relax on the terrace. I highly recommend it.

Easy communication with the owner, clear instructions. The apartment is clean with modern furniture and equipment. The bus stop and shopping mall are located nearby. The location isn't very charming, but not the worst either - I've felt safe there.

Great host and easy check in. Apartment is well equipped to make ones stay perfect. Note that there is a private parking near the apt, and the host will organize the access. Most of the advertised accommodations with 'free parking' basically mean that you have to find your spot on the streets yourself. Unless you want to go through that nightmare, cut your losses and pay for the proper spot. This one was 15Eur a day.

I am very satisfied from my stay in the apartment. It is quite spacious. The place was very clean and fully equipped. It is a perfect place for a family holiday with kids or just spending a quality time with friend(s). There are two balconies with a view and there is a perfect spot for admiring a monument. The staff are quite friendly and helped us a lot after the accommodation. They recommended us where to go and what we could do in Thessaloniki. 😊

It is a classic 4 star hotel in the center of thessaloniki, people must start to shot down the accommodations like Airbnb that started as a cheep accomodation and now you find them expensive with offering nothing more than sleeping, a hotel has always it's value!

First time the accommodations it's exactly like in the photos + extra toilet ! Very big , clean apartment. Simple but nice decorated.Had everything a family would need and more ... Can accommodate easily 6 persons. Makes you feel at home .Very big balcony ! Close to absolutely everything ( shops , market , touristic areas).Mihalis was very helpful and kind . Easy access to the key.I recommend it 100% and we will definitely go back . Thank you for such a pleasant stay !

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel accommodations are fine. But accommodation on a yacht is great :-) I probably won't have my own yacht, but if I want a vacation on a yacht, I'll go to Nikos :-) Everything was completely comfortable. We took a trip around Thessaloniki with the yacht. Lots of tips for trips in and around Thessaloniki. Enjoy your stay in Thessaloniki. And it wasn't the last stay.
