The room was really confortable and quite luxurious. The bed was very confortable and the bathroom very design. The host was also very welcoming. We had a parking space. We had dinner at the café one which we loved as well. There is no breakfast but you can have water, coffee and tea in the room which was very convenient.

Loved our little cabin although little is only how it appears from outside. Inside the cabin is much larger than a hotel room and bigger than any B&B we have ever stayed in.

It should be the best accommodation during our 10 days family vacation in Scotland. The room is spacious with classy but simple decoration. Bed and quilt are offer the best comfortable and make you a very good sleep. The hotel is infront of the river bank, and you can park your car outside the hotel after 6pm free. Last thing I wish to say is the house keeper, Leah, she is very nice and keen to offer helps. Thank you again for a very nice place. All my family members are happy with the stay.

Nice cottage with individual touches. Uncomplicated check-in (key box, as we arrived in the middle of the night). The cheapest accommodation we had during our holidays - but that wasn’t noticeable during our stay.

John was an amazing host. He was friendly and informative. The breakfast cooked by himself was amazing. It was customised and included eggs by his own chicken! The two ladies serving us were kind and smiley. Location is very convenient and close to the city center. PS we made a 10-day road trip to Scotland, staying in 5 different accommodations. This was the best hotel we visited!

We stayed in 18 accommodations across 30 nights and this hotel was at the top of my list for cleanliness, the worlds most comfortable bed and attention to detail with the remote control having a plastic cover for cleanliness. The breakfast options were fabulous and very delicious. Fabulous location, close to restaurants and shops and river across the road.

What impressed us is the care in welcoming guests! We have stayed in several accommodations, and this one was very special! my wife had a birthday, Sheila lovingly left a birthday cake in my wife's favorite flavor! This was by far one of the best accommodations I have encountered in my travels. I have never seen an attention to detail of such caliber. Everything was spotless and tailored to make your stay as cozy as possible. The Scottish breakfast is a must. I usually avoid eating anything organ-related, but I enjoyed every bite.
