Everything was excellent, location, facilities, value for money. We were in the sister hotel across the street but accessing all facilities which was great, letting us stay in a calm hotel but benefiting from all inclusive accommodation and activities.

All I have to say is that it is without a doubt 5 stars. All the staff were super friendly, always attentive if we needed anything, always with a smile on their faces. If you're thinking of going to the shops, there's a papyrus shop that's just incredible. Great food, even though I'm a vegetarian. The pools are very clean, even the one in the suites.

It was one of the greatest stays we’ve ever had. From the airport transfer on arrival to the moment we departed, every second was filled with comfort, luxury, and the exceptional care of the highly professional Four Seasons team. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and sunlit. The beautifully landscaped grounds, blooming with flowers and trees, made us feel like we were in paradise. The hotel’s vast territory offered more than enough to enjoy a full week without ever needing to leave. The restaurants and bars were exquisite, offering a great variety of delicious options.
