We had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice and lovely stuff. Great surroundings with beautiful hiking trails. We got delivered fantastic breakfast at the door. Everything was just wonderfull.

Fantastic. Everything is exceptional. The view was amazing, Irene was so friendly. The property was clean and comfortable. Just issue with the floor heating. It does not really heat. But thats not a big deal for us as we really enjoy the stay😍

The few days we spent at Grandhotel Giessbach were truly like a dream. The hotel’s stunning natural scenery, historical architecture, and peaceful atmosphere captivated us from the very first moment. Everything was thoughtfully planned and flawless. However, one of the most important details that made our stay so special was meeting Kris Jungo, who works at the Front Office. Kris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home. He patiently answered all our questions and enhanced our vacation with his recommendations, making it much more enjoyable. Kris’s professionalism and warmth were a wonderful reflection of Grandhotel Giessbach’s quality. Staying at this hotel is not only a peaceful getaway but also an opportunity to meet wonderful people.
