The staff in the restaurant was so nice..they offered me for free breakfast when they knew that I slept in my car during that night because the receptionist emailed me a wrong box code where they put my room card .. the receptionist don’t know how to comfort the guest.she want me to to entertain at 7am and go to my room upstairs at 10am ..for 10 hours driving alone from Como to Gosau..I am expecting to have a comfortable and safe place to sleep when I arrived.that is not how you treat the guest..very unprofessional. If she is uncertain with her decision..refer to the manager or verify what she should do..because lying is not a solution, it provokes more to clients..remember: the most important to a person is your credibility..when you make an untrue statement..you are a liar..!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. The location is absolutely stunning, with amazing views of the mountains right from the balcony – a perfect spot to start or end the day. The facilities exceeded our expectations: access to a pool and several saunas made it feel like a wellness retreat. The apartment itself was very comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy furniture that made it feel like home. We had a delightful stay at this accommodation. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety of options to start our day. The view from our room was absolutely splendid, providing a picturesque backdrop that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our Hostess, Mrs Elfi was very kind to accommodate our request. We reached very late in the night, and the keys with a note was kept at the reception. The view from our room was exceptional. It is a nice and cosy home for a vacation stay.

One of the cleanest accommodations I've ever been to. Spacious, many rooms even in the 3-bed apartment. Very well equipped. Super nice, attentive and helpful host. It is in a very good location, the attractions of the area are easily and quickly accessible (by car). The view of the mountains from the terrace is beautiful. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Shop is very close. I recommend!

This was a highlight of our white Christmas holiday from Australia. Beautiful extremely well equiped house nestled in the hills. Leopold our host was so helpful and we had everything we needed for our stay and more. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future!
