All accommodation at BK's Pohutukawa Lodge includes free WiFi, Smart TVs, cooking facilities. Self-service laundry facilities are available. The Manager was most helpful, obliging and friendly. Our apartment was clean, very comfortable, easy access and well located to town and attractions. The manager advised us of the many attractions to be seen. Certainly would recommend the Lodge. the washing machine was very welcome.

Beautiful hosts, very welcoming, gave us great information on where to go and where to eat. Fantastic private area with separate lounge. Breakfast was really good as well. We loved how close it was to the beach. Clean and modern space. The hosts were extra welcoming and inviting and they go above and beyond for their guests. An extra benefit was the delicious coffee footsteps away.

Everything we needed was in the room. The hosts were very gracious and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet.

Extended two weeks longer than planned and management were great at making that happen.

Close to the Kauri Museum, which is a must to see, but you need enough time. The hosts were absolutely stunning, friendly, kind, helpful and made an effort to make you feel welcome and at home. The most honest, genuine hosts I've ever met.

Avenue Heights Motel offers a range of clean and modern studios, an accessible unit plus 1 & 2 bedroom units all within walking distance... The location was great and convenient for local amenities and attractions. Danny and Nancy were great hosts, providing a clean and modern motel for us to stay in. We used the pool and parking was easy The bed was comfortable and the place was so clean. Free use of a washing machine made life easier too.
