The members of the staff (Bapis, the night and day shift colleagues from that period, the guy that helped us with having breakfast in the room) were the best and kindest people that we got to meet there. So glad that we were able to ask them for help anytime it was needed. The location of the hotel helped us to plan our trips or to just go for a walk and then to be able to come back fast if needed.

In a prime location in the centre of Thessaloniki, Zeus is Loose Hostel provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. This would probably be the best hostel I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed in many). If hostels had stars, this would definitely be a 5* one. I cant even believe it is a hostel in the first place! Very centrally located, so whatever you need is within walking distance. Extremely comfortable beds, curtains for utmost privacy, clean and quiet, kind and helpful staff, free towels provided (!!) and yes, a private toiled and shower in the room. Just wow! And they are separate, so if one of you in the room is using the shower at least the toilet is free and vice versa which is very convenient. There is a rooftop bar on the 7th floor (i think it was 7th), but I just took a peek, didnt have the time to have a drink or something. So yeah, if you are looking for a place to stay in Thessaloniki at a more than a reasonable price, look no further, this place is just terrific!
