The first good impression is by Mr. Mohmoud, the lobby manager and staff, all the staff are positive and try to help. There is no fly, mosquitoes etc. in room, very clean. Everything about my stay at the Sunrise Anjum Resort was exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every effort to ensure my comfort. The food was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and private beach, were top-notch, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and fun.

Things are smooth and seamless, and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. You can tell there's a lot of work behind the scene, and huge attention to details, which we appreciate a lot. A special thanks to Mohamed at the reception who was efficient and helped with our requests. The shuttle is on time and very comfortable. The beach is great and ideal for snorkeling and the staff there are quite helpful and friendly, and you find plenty of space if you need a calm place. One important thing to note, the rooms are really soundproof (which you don't find in all the hotels), and the beds are comfy, so good quality sleep is guaranteed. Food quality is great and you have a good variety to choose from and it's great that you can eat outdoors with beautiful views. The pools are clean and spacious, the gym has brand new equipment, so overall the facilities are top notch.
