Staff were courteous and professional. Hotel was clean and well maintained. My room was spotless and my bed was comfortable. Excellent attention to detail with a fruit bowl and a stocked mini bar in my bedroom. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Loved my steak and eggs in the morning. Poolside bar was a personal favourite. Excellent cold beer and tasty food. Coffee shop in the reception area was a lovely spot to enjoy a coconut coffee and do some chilling.

We had such a great time here!! The hotel is splendid but what makes it a really great hotel is the staff. They are helpful, kind, hospitable,...I cannot highlight them enough! The restaurant is top-notch (price/quality is very, very good) and the restaurant staff is super professional and so kind. Chef Hung is a really good cook. (There wasn't a single dish we did not enjoy. Bur for me the ribs were chef's kiss. The meat fell of the bone.) I also did a few treatments at the wellness which were wonderful. Trang Anh and her colleagues are excellent masseuses and the welcome you get is so kind and relaxing. The staff at the front desk (shout out to duty manager Jason who was super friendly and very funny), as well as all the other people working at the hotel, deserve praise. Not a single one did not greet you or was unkind. And whatever question you have, they are always there to help you with a smile. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Big thumbs up for the cleaning crew! We absolutely loved it here. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Excellent location of the hotel. Very close to the sea, there are many cafes and shops nearby. It's just a 5-minute walk to the sea. On the roof of the hotel there is a small swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately the water is not heated and it is cold to swim in winter. On the rooftop there is a bar where you can order a snack, lunch or just drinks. Additionally, there is a small gym available. The hotel can book a massage or an excursion, as well as rent a moped. The hotel staff is knowledgeable and ready to provide detailed information about excursions and services. The rooms are very cute! We lived in room 605 (with king size bed) with large panoramic windows and sea views. The number matches the photos. The room has a sofa and enough space for a comfortable stay. Very good soft bed and perfectly working air conditioner! There is a bath! The room is cleaned every day. Towels are also changed every day. The breakfast was not bad and had a good selection, though it was more oriented towards Asian tastes. But you can also order eggs, make toast with jam and eat one type of cereal. There is also a coffee machine and you can drink good coffee. The hotel staff is very friendly. Rosic, Daisy, Snow are always friendly and helpful. They always say hello and at breakfast they come up to find out how things are going and if everything is fine. They speak good English which is a big plus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it! We loved the hotel and the people working there.
