Here are my main highlights of my 6 night stay at the Hotel Garni Dock in Bratislava. When booking a hotel, the most important aspects I consider are cleanliness and the location. That being said, read below: - The hotel is at a perfect location and I feel like it should be commented on a bit more. The hotel is right next to the brand new Bratislava bus terminal, so if you come in from Vienna airport by bus (or anywhere else) you just have to cross the street once out. The new station is actually underground and above it sits a brand new 3 storey mall with a rooftop garden and great views over the city. It is a 10-15 minute scenic walk to the historic centre with great bus connections. The danube and the Euronova mall and leisure broadwalk are even closer. - The hotel is very very clean, the room was spotless and very spacious. My room was located under the roof with automatic blonds and windows. Despite a week long heatwave, the room was cool and fresh. - The wifi is great. I was there for work and needed it a lot for zoom meetings etc. - Breakfast; Family owner hotel actually with lovely staff, both the manager Dušan and his coworker at the breakfast. The hotel is human sized and it was lovely to have hotel outside. - I am vegetarian and the breakfast featured many options despite some of the reviews claiming it was very limited. They had vegan tofu spreads, all kinds of jams. They actually make the bread themselves and they have typical slovak bakery goods as well as hot and cold breakfast options. Absolutely nothing to complain about, and I was there a week! - The staff is very friendly and reasonable when it comes to special requests, provided it is within their power to do so. I had requested for my partner to join two of the nights, I let them know in advance and it was no issue at all and we were welcomed warmly by the hotel manager.

We liked the location, the Hotel is in the city center. Perfect size of the room, there was free space in the room besides the required furnitures. Parking elevator is not so horrible and good parking price. For breakfast we had English breakfast, continental breakfast, fruits, vegetables, cakes... You can ask for normal coffee and it is included in the price.

Great location. Staff super friendly, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast variety was awesome. The room super spacious. Very good internet connection.

The owner was very communicative, spoke perfect English and told us everything we need to know about the flat

Cosy, nice equipped modern apartment with stunning view from the balcony. A little bit challenging checking BUT I’ve knew about it and was ready. The host explained everything very clear. Very comfortable beds and pillows! It’s important if you have any problems with your back

the apartment is quite big, with all facilities, very central in down town city. There is a big bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine and a tiny second one, very useful if you are travelling in a group of person. Host helped us with all the instruction to reach the apart from airport with public transport (very cheap). Very recommended for short or long stay at Bratislava.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of modern Bratislava, right by the Danube. The location couldn’t be better – close to restaurants, shops, scenic riverside walks, and all main attractions. The apartment was stylish and very comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful, answering all questions quickly. Great parking spot, and the video instructions for getting there were super clear. I’d definitely stay here again!
