The hotel lobby was beautiful and our room equally so. LOVED the concept of the marble books throughout the bathroom area. Bed - amazing. Pillows - like a cloud (as Lara promised!) Breakfast buffet was far beyond the basic pastries at other hotels; and the ability to order scrambled eggs was a real treat. And the food was so fresh and beautifully presented. And your staff provided the best customer service we ever experienced. Lara was so professional, yet warm and engaging, taking the time to answer questions about Coimbra and give us a short history about the hotel itself. Ana Jesus was also lovely; quick to help however she could.

The hotel has a very good cituation, next to the central station and 5 minutes away from any point of the center. The hotel was imaculately clean, the room are very comfortable. The hotel was freshely renovated. The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful. The breakfast was great, I liked the Nespresso machine.

The location was perfect, parking easy, cleanliness exceptional and the staff friendly and very professional. After everything else being so good, the breakfast was a little disappointing.

Next to us was extremely noisy family without education and empathy to oters people around. We complained about their shouting and noise they were doing. They offered us another room. Then all was perfect. Hotel it's self is close to river and has really nice views

On our current trip to Portugal we stayed in a large number of hotels and this hotel is one of the best. The room is very spacious, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast and dinner are great. In conclusion, we really liked it.

the room were spacious, with air conditioning, Tv. The bed extremely comfortable with nice pillows! had a nice bath with shower overhead. the Residential is a traditional home, the owners Sr Gabriel and Dona Augusta were so kind and welcoming! one can use a kitchen to cook with all facilities with extra small amount of 5 euros per day. beautiful views to The Valleys, nice swimming pool and games room! only 10 minutes driving to Coimbra wuth options for bus and Uber as well. I can’t recommend more if you are staying around Coimbra/Pombal!
