Clean, spacious rooms with great AC. Pool is huge and cleaned daily. Plenty of loungers, play area for children and a small pool area for children. Breakfast was simple and nice. The food and drinks in the pool bar were brilliant. We ate here every night. It is close to Sunset Cafe, Kep National Park and the boats to tour islands and rabbit island. Kep Beach is a short walk and is lovely. We used a regular tuk tuk and this was the handiest way to get around. I would highly recommend this accommodation if staying in Kep.

Mr Leng and his family are kind and thoughtful hosts. Shower was warm and bed comfy. Extremely easy to rent a scooter, arrange connecting transport, etc with help from Mr Leng. We loved the local tour of the island and delicious fresh bread for breakfast.

The owners were very kind and helpful. We even had an option of private tuk-tuk around Kampot, the communication with the driver was a bit demanding but otherwise it was nice.

It’s a cozy small boutique hotel. Not far from the town center. A nice walk along the river is all it takes to arrive. The breakfast was great. The pool is a nice place to relax. Rooms are comfortable, restaurant very inviting as well. The best of the stay is the staff! Kind, professional justa amazing team!

Staff helped us switch to more suitable-sized room without any change in fees. Good low-budget option if you do not mind steep stairs and basic asian wet-room style bathrooms or going elsewhere for meals (nearby Epic Arts cafe and Malay Garden cafe both excellent options)

A great little gem of a place in the countryside not too far from the city. The staff is extremely helpful and they really care about what you need. The hotel is tidy, and the location is quite central. Nice outdoor swimming pool, and sitting area which is well maintained.

It was a very relaxing stay. Although a bit further from the city centre, but it was a very peaceful and with nice surroundings. Breakfast was very tasty.
