Stayed for 2 nights and it was an excellent experience! Service was impeccable. The kaiseki in-room dinner was fantastic. Presentation was 10/10 and food was really fresh! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. Takanori the manager went above and beyond. The dinner was simply amazing and the wagyu was delicious.

Lovely peaceful hideaway close to restaurants and 7/11. The host was very informative on how to use appliances Check in/out was easy. Bbq available but i didnt use it as planned. House was clean and plenty of towels cutlery and utensils. The corvette was a great surprise for the boys in our group😊

The onsen was great!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Enough choice in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious and comfy with mountain view!

I couldn't recommend this hotel more! The staff were friendly and helpful, letting me leave my luggage the night before as I was hiking Fuji. Any questions were met with patient responses, and they helped carry my luggage to my room which was a nice touch after tired legs! The room itself was lovely with a lake view, huge for one person. It was as described, clean, and had everything I needed. The onsite onsen and dinner buffet was great, plus their free hotel shuttle buses made the stay very convenient.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Fujikawaguchiko, Fuji View Hotel is a ryokan surrounded by views of the garden.

Everything! Staff was kind, English speakers. Amazing location, perfect view. Absolutely breathtaking. Silent area, no city nose, in the middle of the forest a walking distance from the lake. Good, quality food. Big clean room. The hotel provides shuttles from the hotel to the main train station and back which made everything easier. Good Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed.
