Room was good size. At first the hotel did not arrange the room with requested western style bed, but it can be arrange during check-in. Dinner buffet and breakfast were great. The lady in dinner buffet (can speak Thai) was very helpful; we appreciated that. The onzen rooms are open air and have good view.

Everything was just great! Very helpful staff, great food and free facilities (f.e. private hot pot, karaok,…). We stayed for three nights, but two would have been enough, because there is not much to see nearby. But if you want to cool down your head with locals it is just great.

Wonderful service, beautiful room, great location. There is also a hotel shuttle for guests to Toba station. The view of the Bay is exquisite.

Excellent views from the room. The dinner is very delicious with different dishes for the two nights we stayed. Staff are very friendly and a few of them could communicate well with us in English.
