It's a good business hotel. It's simple but very clean. It has a Spa (hot tub), which I enjoyed. It's walking distance from the Higo Ozu Station, which is the closest station from the airport and there is a free bus from the airport to the Higo-Ozu station, but still it is like a 10-15 minute walk. There is no breakfast service but it has a lot convinience store close by and a few restaurants. It's in a very quiet area.

The staff are incredible friendly. No English was spoken which isn't an issue but my internet was getting delivered to the hotel so we struggled until we had this for Google translate but the staff really tried to help us. The location was good for us for where we was to meet our tour guide for 3 days but otherwise would be out of the way. The view was nice. The staff rang to pre-book a taxi for us.

The hotel service is great. The room is big enough, clean, and comfortable. The view from the room is also quite nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for both the city center and the JR station.
