We have met a very nice person, even beautiful : Nicolinda ....she is so attentive to her guests and provides advice, ideas, places not to be missed and products of her garden. Thanks to her, and her family, we were able to enjoy the must-see sites and taste Greek specialities. It's more than a rental, it's a family home since we were welcomed like friends in a wonderful way. We particularly appreciated the quiet, restful location among olive trees, with a swimming pool. The hotel is very nice and the room quite welcoming. The staff helped us with everything we needed and there could be small improvements. The breakfast or lunch or dinner buffet could have more options. It is a hotel located outside of town, it could offer a larger buffet. You have to be careful with GPS. There is a paved road on which you can reach the hotel. Usually the GPS will take you to the field, an off-road road where it is not driveable, especially with a small car.

After reading the many positive reviews my partner and i decided to spend our holiday at Casa Cook. I can say that these reviews are more than true, our expectations have been greatly exceeded. Everything is perfectly arranged down to the last detail. Hospitality of the staff is great! From the staff at reception, servers at breakfast/dinner to the cleaning ladies, everyone is super hospitable. Genuinely one of the most hospitable places i have ever stayed! A lot of reviews say that the food is good and i can confirm this with a resounding yes. The food and drinks here are of a different level. We had booked an half board. Breakfast has a big variety of products and dinner was fantastic every evening. As a result, we did not eat out of the resort a single evening... Rooms are clean and well maintained. (towels and linen get's refreshed every day) Each room has its own access to the (shared) swimming pool. We were lucky enough to have been upgraded to a suite with a private pool, but the entire resort is a fantastic place to stay. I can write much more, but everything is perfect here from A to Z. I can recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!

The resort as a whole was an amazing experience and the perfect couples getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We opted for the All- Inclusive package which was well worth the price. Upon checking in we were offered refreshing towels and champagne while we waited, the hostess assisted us in downloading the app where you can make reservations for the various different restaurants that were available on the resort. Our personal favorite was the Tex Mex restaurant we had the pleasure to dine in on Cinco de Mayo. All the bars served a delicious variety of drinks and the bartenders were very fun and friendly . When you go you have to make sure you get a drink from Panagiotis (the one with the cool mustache)! His humor and hospitality were top tier. The room was extremely clean and the sea view was spectacular. If you need anything the staff is readily available and quick to respond. If you are interested in doing things off the resort the staff can assist you in getting a taxi. The bay where most of the cruises start is only a 15 minute ride from the resort. There are also clubs and bars to go to that play all kinds of different music 15 min in the opposite direction. The most we paid for a taxi in either direction was about €27. To sum it up we have zero complaints. When we visit the island again we won’t be staying anywhere but here!!
