The experience was honestly amazing, from the start. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us all checked-in by 10:30. The staff was very customary and very nice all the time. All the requests we had, they fulfilled them very fast. The food at the restaurant was very, very tasty. All in all, we are already thinking of when we can come back!

We really liked the villas. We were a big group and rented 4 villas. Cleaning took place every day, towels changed every day, the pool was cleaned every day. The shop in reception had everything you'd need. Prices were good, just like the shops in town.

First the staff in unbelievably welcoming and high level of hospitality! we had booked 3 nights, but thanks to the manager we got 4 more nights and same room..The location is quite nice near all restaurants and supermarkets and beach. Very spacious room and nice bathroom. The rooms are also large and clean. A lovely balcony and the view was great to the garden and the swimming pool. Nice atmosphere around the pool and lovely small turtle pool.Good breakfast.

I would really recommend this hotel. The location was perfect for us and those views were the best in the town. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool and bar area were also fab.The beach is a short stroll away and the town less that 10 mins walk.

Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! The best communication with a host that you can imagine 😊. We have never had such a quick and easy arrival anywhere 🚀. Our hosts, Denise and her husband, are the nicest people we have ever met when booking accommodation through Booking.com for a vacation 🌟. We have been to Greece before, but it has never been as clean as it was here 🧼. We received continuous cleaning services, clean bed linen, and fresh towels 🛏️🚿. The property is equipped with air conditioning ❄️. The location is perfect in every way 🌍. The beach is within easy walking distance 🌊. There are restaurants and shops in every direction 🍽️🛍️. The airport is very close ✈️. My girlfriend and I rented a car and explored the island 🚗, and we had free parking at our accommodation 🅿️. Everything was simply perfect ✨. If we return to Zakynthos, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much! 🙏

We had a superb experience staying at Asteri Studios. Vasso contacted me as soon as I made the booking. She waited for us with bottled waters and the keys once we arrived at the Studios. She noticed that we cooked so provided olive oil and even a bottle of rosé! :) She even printed our boarding cards for our flight. Cleaning was daily and spotless. The location was good for beach and for restaurants and bars as well. This was one of the places that offered aircon without extra charge and mosquito net. These were important for us and came handy.

Excellent boutique hotel located high at the end of the main road which provides direct view of sunset. Although the pool is not particularly big, the way chairs are spread-out creates an intimate feeling. Excellent restaurant where we had dinner two nights.
