- Staff is super friendly and competent! - They explained everything to me that I needed to know, especially where to park my bicycle. - The bar/restaurant downstairs is a lively place so if you want company just go down there. - Even if there is a concert in the restaurant you will not hear any noise up in your room. - The place is very central in the city.

I was travelling with my family and we arrived late to the Pension. They made it easy to find, however, with lots of directions and communication. We were greeted with warmness, and showed to our well appointed, immaculate rooms, where we all slept very well., My mom says: “Exceptional service and ultra clean, with really high quality bedding.” My dad says “I would recommend to a friend, and I would go back there”.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The location was excellent and the view of the lake was out of this world! The room was huge, very comfortable and the children loved having their very own space.

Spacious and very clean room, very friendly staff, the hot pools were awesome, very tasty breakfast and dinner, the kids loved the VIP cards for free chocolate . Good location, not far from Gruyere old town, the chocolate factory in Broc and some beautiful nature spots. The music playing on Sunday was very nice. We would love to stay there again!

We are booking this branch at least once a year here when we are visiting my family/friends. The service is always impeccable, the staff members are always welcoming and friendly/helpful. The rooms are always very clean & comfortable, and soap/shampoo are provided. The location is very practical (close from bus stop/not far from the town center for a walk too) Great price for a short stay

The ibis Fribourg offers good access to the A12 motorway, the Forum Fribourg exhibition centre and the city centre. The train station is just a 15-minute bus ride away.

The location is perfect : there is a bus stop close from the hotel, this bus line go to the train station, only 15mn away...also it is a safe and quiet location. The staff at these Ibis & Ibis budget are always very friendly and helpful. Our room was very tidy and clean, so as the bathroom. The bed was extremely clean & comfortable and we slept sooooo good ! In the bathroom there was always plenty of body/Hand-wash and shampoo, and fresh/soft towels. We watched the telly too, there are many programmes to watch in different languages. There is air condition in the room if needed.
